Kids birthday party venues in Colliers Wood/wimbledon

I'm having trouble finding a venue for my sons 4th birthday party. Someone I know is having theirs at minature railway (outside London) is there anything like that round here? Or failing that any ideas at all?! thanks.

sorry to report that a miniature railway might be a bit of a talk ask in Merton, although of course there's the high-rise miniature railway at Chessington World of Adventure which isn't too far away.

Another option would be the 'ninky nonk' (as my DCs used to call it) in Battersea Park, combined with a picnic/trip to the fabulous outdoor playgrounds, cafe and/or zoo.

Tooting Leisure Centre (just over the borders into Wandsworth) does a good go-karting party option which DC1 attended as a five year old.

Deen City Farm (definitely Merton) does parties with petting animal options.

Swimming parties at one of the leisure centres or Virgin Active?

A bowling party at The David Lloyd Centre in Raynes Park.

The Dinosaur Park at Crystal Palace????

David Lloyd do lots of different parties, also Eddie Catz or Wacky Warehouse, or Polka theatre . Also Sinbads cafe in Raynes Park.
