Hi everyone, we (me, my husband and our daughter) currently live in Knowle and would like to move somewhere within easy reach of Filton Abbeywood station as I work in Cardiff and get the train. Our ideal would be a period property (Victorian terrace or 30s semi) in Ashley Down or Horfield. We need a 4-bed or a 3-bed with potential to extend/do a loft conversion. We know it's a competitive market out there with houses flying off the market so if any of you are thinking of selling or know anyone who is thinking of selling a house which matches our requirements, we'd be REALLY grateful if you would let us know!
