Long-time mumsnetter here . We are renovating our house and are looking for, probably, at least a 2 bedroom flat (one room for storage). We also need somewhere to secure a bicycle outside (garage or secure cycle stand).
We could go down the EA route but would prefer (for obvious reasons!) not to.
We are looking for 6 month rental and would pay cash up front if required in order to give home owner piece of mind.
No children or pets, non smokers. Can provide references if required.
Our work is starting on 3 February!
