Hello! This year we may be spending much of New Year's Eve in York, with kids aged 5 and 8. We know the city well, but don't know if there will be anything special going on for New Year's Eve that might be good for kids, or alternatively, anything that we should avoid if it's going to be horribly busy....We'd probably only be there till mid-afternoon, I expect, before it all gets too messy....(Fantastic local site, by the way....!)
