Has your child ever cut their own hair and how bad was it?

I went to my son's room this morning and to my horror the floor was covered in hair and my son had the most terrible hair cut that you could imagine.

There wasn't any time to do anything about it so he had to showcase his hair at school this morning - at least we made lots of people smile.

I have now removed his scissors from his room.

Has this happened to anyone else?

No but I live in fear of it especially expected it of dd2 I keep all scissors away from the younger ones ( can trust the teens now!

Friends daughter was awful for cutting her fringe.

I have tried to cut the rest of his hair to match - now it just looks awful all over - it is the shortest it has ever been - but he likes it so I guess time will sort it out.LOl
