Edinburgh after school activities for a 9 and a 13 year old (boys)

Dear mumsnetters,
We have relocated to Edinburgh just a few weeks ago with our two boys (9 and 13). We are staying in the area near Broughton Street. I was wondering whether someone could recommend some after school activities or courses for kids not too far from us? The elder is into photography, art and music, the younger one is a drummer.
So far I found these two things which might be interesting:
the Elm Row School of Music
and
the Edinburgh Drawing School
Has anyone per chance had any experience with any of these?
The eldest is also a bit of an expert in electronics and computers, but so far I have not been able to discover anything relevant for kids.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
