Hi. We are looking for a decent 4 bed house to rent within walking distance of Prae Wood school. The problem that I have is that even though I'm registered with all the lettings agents, the decent places keep renting before they even get to the market. I would love to get a heads-up before somewhere rents, or even rent directly from the owners to keep everyone's costs down. I have a track record of being an excellent and reliable tenant and can provide references.
