I love the Battersea / Clapham Junction area especially the lovely little cottages on the Shaftesbury Estate
I know some of them are Housing Association which allow mutual exchanges , so if you or anyone you know need a bigger place to live in with more space and can do a mutual exchange I have a gorgeous Victorian property near Clapham North tube with 3 bedrooms although it is only classed as a 2 bedroom
There is LOADS of space , the living room is huge with lots of light and 4 large casement windows with wooden floor , spiral staircase to the loft room , 2 bathrooms , small garden on quiet residential road and really must be seen as has SO much character and space & I have LOVED living here but need a smaller property now but it MUST be a house only and an older period one , not modern
