My DSis is about to move to this area and is on her second viewing of a potential house to buy in Hale/Hale Barns. She isn't on MN but I said I'd ask for advice on here.

Any views on Well Green School or what the area is like for new mums.

Fingers crossed she will be pg with her first very soon!

Hi saw your post, Hale is a lovely area for new mums and loads going on, check out toddler & baby groups local.mumsnet.com/manchester-trafford. Well Green Primary I don't personally know it but I have to say that I have never heard a bad thing about any of the schools in that area.
Sorry can't be more helpful

Hale Barns centre is currently being refurbished, I'm sure your Dsis will have noticed this, plans looks lovely. Bit of a walk to Hale Village but Hale is great, a real little community, lots and lots of toddler / baby groups locally. Good parks, coffee shops, restaurants. Schools are outstanding, its why most people move to the area, don't know Well Green although my son plays football there at weekends and they have great outdoor space!
