Its like this my childs father is incabeable of caring for our child unsupervised we have been to court two times already the first time contact was set in families forward wakefield and the second time in court he cam to me and requested we remove contact from famiies forward as he was not happy with them because he could not move onto unsupervised contact. I agreed to supervise contact on a supervised basis and made it quite clear he was not goin to be takin our child until I was convinced he was capable backed up by a court order stating so.
But as soon as legal aid stopped he took it straight back into court trying yet again so now I am tasked with representing myself to keep my child safe, don't get me wrong I am not saying my ex is a monster but he has caused our child unintensionall harm by ripping items out of our childs hand causing stitches and making boiling hot bottles and food ect as well as trying to bath our child in boiling hot bathes he has also physical hrmed me in front of our child just grabbing squizing arms screaming and pushing me into walls ect.
Hi fam have only met our child 3 times and then stop because my ex wasn't getting what he wnted as he is the family baby tied to aprin strings our child is seen as his fathers possession and not someone they love or care for.
Cafcass have suggested a section 7 report wich I agreed to but the judge who I may add was a male he attended court with a turban on said no against cafcass suggestions and instead gave the father a statement of truth and court date to be cross examined ect what do I do helllllpppp plz anyone ?
