Hello Hitchin dwellers,
I am looking to buy a house in Hitchin in the following months. I've been searching around the area for some time, trying to find the right house, at the right price - But I've not had much luck. Plus, the housing market definitely has slowed down over the summer; you obviously all want to enjoy this sunshine in peace without prospective buyers stomping around your house!
Myself and my DP are first time buyers, and are relocating from Essex, as my M25 commute is currently sapping the life out of me!
We're liking the look of the 2 up/2 down Victorian terraces above the A505 and have a modest budget of around £215k.
Can anyone help?
