What are the best places to go to with little ones in Hampshire that don't cost much?

I like Eastrop paddling pool in Basingstoke and going to fly kites on the hill on the way to Kingsclere.

Local library - free story time/ rhyme time sessions I know the Winchester ones are running all summer plus summer reading challenge for older dc's.

There's a good website I use called mums in the know that gives good info on activities and things happening in and around Winchester.
