Moving back to Lambeth (sw4) and setting up cafe and indoor play 'shop' anyone know Crescent Lane

Hello, I lived in Lambeth for 29 years got married, moved West, had a baby and now we might be coming back South. My mum is down the road in Clapham Common and thinking of setting up a little business which is family friendly - a super child friendly cafe and indoor play area. What do people think? Does anyone know Crescent Lane sw4 - seen property there?

Hi there, this sounds like a great idea, there are definitely lots of parents with small kids in the area!

It might depend where on Crescent Lane though - from my memory (I grew up on Park Hill) it is mainly quite a quiet residential road (though very close to Abbeville Village) so you might have to do some work to build up reputation/draw people in to host classes etc.
