Where did you find support and information?
What was/wasn?t helpful for you and your child?
What advice would you give to parents who are going through this now?
Local youth emotional well-being project Right Here is creating a guide for parents and carers in Brighton and Hove concerned about their child?s mental health, or supporting a child with a diagnosed mental health issue. The guide will offer practical advice and info and give details of key services and support in the city.
If you feel you have experience to share which would benefit other parents, please text Rose on 07525 667683 or email [email protected] to book a place at one of our sessions:
