Supermarkets (Tesco metro etc) in walking distance of the Winter Gardens please?

Just trying to work out how much I have to take or whether there are supermarkets nearby for e.g. lunch things, drinks etc. whilst spending weekend at the Winter Gardens. Can take stuff with but carparking is away from the hotel so would be happier to buy there if poss. Thanks.

Hi there, sorry if this is too late, we have been poorly!
If not the nearest one I can think of is a Tesco Express on Caunce Street which is 0.4 miles from the winter gardens, open 7am to 11pm.

There is Marks and Spencers on the main streets in town too.

Postcode for the Tesco is FY1 3NE but its literally a case of following the road up past the Winter Gardens and past the big church and carrying on down that road.

Great :) The Marks and Spencers is on Church Street the same street right near the winter Gardens and they have a food section with Sandwiches and drinks too.
