So the Mayor of Oxford has resigned after being censured for making an inappropriate comment to a 13 year old girl at a public event last summer.
Apparently he said something along the lines of "It's sexy when you bend down like that".

As far as I can find out no further action has been taken.
How on earth did he think this was an acceptable thing to say to a 13 year old, even disregarding his position as a public figure?!
