I have just had a hypnobirthing private 2 hour session with Kristin. It was a thoroughly enjoyable session from start to finish. I feel so much more relaxed about my birth- I am 36 weeks + 5 so really getting there and I feel that we covered lots of really great and useful techniques. I would definitely recommend hypnobirthing and thought that Kristin was really fantastic and calming. She made me feel really comfortable with the whole birth process and how to deal with everything that may be thrown at you during the birth process- what's more is that baby loved it too and was kicking around!
Having looked at many other hypnobirthing courses in the area I chose to go with Kristin because she is a trained hypnotherapist (some I looked at were not) and she was actually great value for money and very flexible.
