'Every week we dream up and test new recipes for soup, inspired by what?s in season and by suggestions from customers and friends. Once its been thoroughly tested and tasted, we type up the recipe and print it out (LOTS of copies). Finally, we pack the bags with all the ingredients (even some nice, organic stock cubes), clip the recipe to the front. It couldn?t be easier.
