Hello - I used to take my dd (now 2) to Little Dippers swimming classes on Trinity Road, at the Hydro Pool there; right next to Tooting Bec station. There were tonnes of mums and babes there, but now Little Dippers and the Trinity Road pool have parted company and I can't find anything so good nearby. I have friends who swim in normal temperature pools, but I don't want to take my DS (9 mths) to a relatively cold pool for his introduction to swimming (he has been in cold pools on holidays, etc, but not for long). I find it hard enough standing around in a cold pool for 30 mins myself, never mind him! It seems the nearest Waterbabies is beyond Chiswick; the Latchmere is cold; and to swim at Virgin Active, Colliers Wood, you have to join the gym. Anyone any advice/info on baby swimming locally?
