Do any of you know if there are any spaces in any primary schools in year 1 in Winchester itself? It is half term so I can't phone any of the schools to find out. It has been a complete nightmare so far, as I have pretty much phoned up every decent primary school in Hampshire, Surrey, London etc and because of the baby boom year for year 1, no school in the whole of England it seems has a place for my daughter. I need to move from where I am now and I am thinking of Winchester, but I also need to get her into a decent school as well. All very stressful and hard. Please let me know if you think there is or isn't a space. Thank you so much. xxx
