I'd like to invite you to the Jewish Music Institute's fabulous newly commissioned musical workshop takes place at Jackson's Lane Theatre this Sunday 21st October.
There are three sessions, starting at variously 1.30, 2.45 and 4pm each lasting 45 minutes.
Called Jonah and the Wailers it's an interactive musical storytelling activity where kids make and play musical instruments out of junk with Junk Orchestra's Saul Eisenberg, accompanied by magical storyteller Vanessa Woolf and special guest Susi Evans on clarinet from She'Koyoch Klezmer Ensemble. Together they create a captivating sound and story scape exploring their imaginations through music and Old Jewish stories providing a springboard into other cultures and traditions.
