Smith's Montessori Nursery - any opinions?

My DD is due to start at this nursery later in the year (she will be a year when she joins), and I have recently heard that they have a problem with high staff turnover. I realise however that it is a new nursery and there are bound to be teething problems, and I liked it when we looked around. Does anyone send their child there and can you please let me know your experience of the nursery and staff? DD is a PFB and I have naively left it far too late to get into any of the established nurseries in town. Anyone looked around and decided against the place, or alternatively really liked it?

My baby goes to this nursery and have only positive experience with them, they all, and I mean all staff, are very helpful and really interested in your child. I had a look at a couple of other nurseries around the area but this one suited me best. I know their nursery manager/montessori directress left but the rest of the staff is the same and they recruited a few new nursery assistants. Overall, I am very happy with this nursery at the moment. Please PM me if you have any more specific questions as I would prefer not to release to much info on here.
