Meeting up new Mums in the Queens Park area Glasgow

Hi there

I am a mum of 4 month old baby and I am eager to meet up new mums in the Queens park area for a walk or a cup tea. It would be nice to share thoughts on mum stuff and other things. I know there are Bounce and Rhyme groups but that does not really allow mums the opportunity to just have a much needed blether.

Anyone interested in meeting up?

Go along to the Glasshouse, always a bunch of mothers/fathers and babies there. Great environment, softplay, reptile house, fish pond, parrots, cafe... Loads of space. Free. You'll hook up with folk really fast!

Sadly I'm working full time so it's unlikely I'd be able up hook up.

aww thanks for the advice though not exactly sure where this glass house is but I will keep an eye out for it x

There is a non-profit place called Merry-Go-Round (think it is Nithsdale Rd) that sells children's things and is a relaxed meeting space, has sling meets etc, seems friendly.

The Glasshouse is in Queen's Park near the Langside Monument.
