Hi there,

I'm leaving my job as an Office and Quality Manager in central Brighton to emigrate to Australia. The office is located very near the station, working for a lovely company, and I thought the hours/role might appeal to mums returning to work. I've really enjoyed working here and have no qualms about highly recommending the job in terms of work/life balance (although I confess I don't have kids). The details are as follows:

Office & Quality Manager

Anderson Acoustics, a central Brighton based acoustic consultancy, requires an Office and Quality Manager for its happy team of 10 people. The role will commence the last week of May and working hours will be Mon-Fri 9.30-3.00.

PERSONAL ATTIBUTES
We are looking for a highly organised, capable and efficient person who is able work both independently and in liaison with the senior management and other members of our team. You must possess an effortless eye for detail as you will be responsible for conducting all internal company audits. Through your role you will be able to make a significant contribution to the development of our company?s procedures and policies, as well as adding to the positive culture and ethos of the company as a whole. Excellent written English and competence in MS Office software is essential. Our ideal candidate will possess previous experience which demonstrates these qualities.

ROLE
Responsible for the smooth running of the office and matters relating to health & safety, business development & marketing, accreditations & memberships. Also responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System is implemented on a day-to-day basis in compliance with the company?s quality manual and the requirements of our awarding accreditation body (UKAS).

If you are interested and have relevant experience please email your CV and covering letter to [email protected]

Many thanks
Hollie
