I have been diagnosed with SPD at 15 weeks of my second pregnancy.
Though I have seen a physiotherapist who was great for my knee issue, she doensn't seem to think she can do much for SPD.

I am looking for a good osteopath who is experienced with pregnant women and SPD?
I am desperate as I am in agony!
I am a little confused and refuse to believe that i just have to live in pain or not have anymore kids...
PLEASE HELP
Thanks ladies

Billy - did you find someone or have any luck with the one recommended above? I think I will be needing similar help sooner rather than later....

Excellent excellent Physio name of Christien Bird at White Hart Lane Therapy Centre in Barnes - she specialises in pregnancy related issues. There are also several good osteos there, you could ask whether David or Steve are experienced with SPD.

Good luck, sounds horrendous Sad
