Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you all know about a research study which is currently taking place pertaining to public perceptions of nightlife in Brighton - specifically in relation to nuisance and crime. The survey has just went live and we are looking for members of the public and business owners to get involved.

It is completely anonymous and there is the opportunity to enter a draw for a £50 shopping voucher. Please check out survey.kent.ac.uk/nightlife - it will take up no more than 15 minutes of your time and your responses would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reading!

Theres no space for something such as "what help is available" perhaps better wording, but from our personal experience I feel its important.

one of Brightons biggest problems is that contrary to a lot of UK cities, we only have "Night Time Noise Patrol" working between 10pm & 3am on Fridays & Saturdays, which considering we are known as being a party city, is a joke, other cities have 7 day after hours call out, so we are left - as is often the case for us, with weekday noise nuisance & no one to call to get it stopped or witnessed.
