baby clinics once the baby is born?

hi Ladies
I had my first one abroad 2 years ago and the after care was exellent, A lovely midwife signed me up for 16 weekly sessions with baby for sleep and feeding advice
Is there such a service here?
Would like to find out about a private baby well clinic...I didnt have much luck on google,
Can anyone recommend anything please?

And continuing on ...what happens after you have the baby ..how long does the hosp keep you and do you get a midwife come to your house aferwards....sorry ladies im a bit cluless and since we dont have any family here in london im panicking a bit
