Cost of a cleaner in Oxford???

Hi everyone,
I am mum to a 7mo old and going back to work full time in 3 months. I am not coping with keeping our 3-bed 1970s standard house clean currently and so am hoping to get a cleaner upon my return to work.

Anyone else have a cleaner locally and know roughly how much it costs? I don't know how many hours I would need yet...will need to get some advice on that.

I pay 25£ for 2 hrs a week. Non agency. Prob upper end of going rate, but v reliable. We have 4 bed house and 2 hours a week is fine. We started with a cleaner just before i went back to work with dd2 i wouldn't be without a cleaner now!

I've always paid £10 per hour in oxfordshire. Agencies cost more, and their cleaners are less good (in my experience). Have always found mine through Gumtree-Oxford or local ads in shop windows.
