Is there still a children's shoe shop in Great Shelford?

If not, is there anywhere good in Cambridge other than the trek out to Saffron Walden?

I think the same people who own solely for children in walden have bought the shelford store but I don't know if it's open yet.

I was in there (buying shoes for myself) last week. It now sells both children's and adult shoes. Not sure of the ranges offered there but half the shop is still a children's shoe shop.

Yes it's open. It is a Burrs - there also one in Royston and in Milon Road and I believe they also own the SW one that deviladvocate mentions above.

They have a reasonable range of children's shoes (I've only bought school shoes there so far myself) and are good at fitting etc.

I go to John Lewis in Cambridge or Charles Clinkard in Grand Arcade. However, will try Milton Road as we have moved much nearer to it, and it saves a trek into town.
