Where to look for a nanny for my recently adopted daughter

I've recently adopted a 5 year old, and she's had a tough life so she needs a really great nanny when I go back to work in April. Any tips? I'm already trying Gumtree and New Parent Network. Thanks!

Do you HAVE to go back to work? If a 5 yr old has had a tough life and has just been adopted then I would seriously consider whether going back to work is the best thing for her. She needs her mothers, no one else.
