This is a bit rambling, but please bear with me!
I'm on Richmond Hill and thinking about wrap around care for my daughter starting primary school in Sept (most likely The Vineyard).
The after school care is fine (I think) as MG and Camkids seem good, but ideally I would like her to go to a breakfast club or equivalent 2-3 days per week too and don't know anywhere that offers this (waiting to hear if MG or the Richmond organic nursery would consider setting one up).
I'd also be happy to have a Mother's help come here to do dd's breakfast and the drop off (with or without extra hours to do cleaning etc). Perhaps another (working) mum with kids at the Vineyard and I could share drop offs (I'll be doing it 2-3 days a week)?
I guess my questions are:
- can you recommend a Mother's help?
- would you use a breakfast club? Perhaps we could persuade one of the existing nurseries to set one up by demonstrating demand
- do you have kid(s) at the vineyard and able to drop off another one?
- are you interested in sharing responsibility for breakfast and drop offs, ie I do my girl and your little one(s) a few days a week and you do them the other days?
