Please help me find a space to run a toddler group Brighton/Hove

Hi
I want to start a parent/toddler group in Brighton (preferably Hove) but am finding it hard to find a vacant hall at the right price. Has anyone got any suggestions please?

Thanks "retromaggie. I did consider there but ruled it out as maybe rooms too small, and access for buggies. Maybe I should look again. Got a room in a pub in the meantime anyway and am just going to run the group for friends until I get a space (and if it works out).
