Can anyone recommend anything for my very difficult toddler/haircut refusnik?
Harpenden/St Albans/Hemel Hempstead/anywhere!

there is Robs Cuts in London Colney (on the high street)

They are very good, particularly with wriggly children!

Chantelle at Friends in Harpenden is great. She has always cut my boys hair and is very reasonable at £5 per cut. She has her own young children so has a nice manner.

Go to Ethos in Harpenden, they are brilliant with small children.
