I remember feeling exactly the same. I was sure I was the only person with no baby friends and sometimes I would deliberately go to John Lewis to change a nappy, even though it wasn't dirty just for a chat The health visitor was of course seeing lots of others who felt just the same, some of whom became proper friends too. The NCT sometimes does coffee groups in some areas and I've made good friends through that too.
This was all in the days before MN!! At least now we can come on for a chat to someone.

There is an nct meet up every fortnight (today) at 3pm at arts depot. You should come along. I live in Finchley so get in touch and can tell you what else is on too. No need to be lonely there is so much to do. Xx

In case you read this, the NCT meet up is tomorrow morning (Tuesday) 10.30am at Arts Depot and am sure there will be lots of nice people to chat to there. COme along!
