Can anyone recommend a (not too expensive) hall/venue to hire for a wedding?

DD is getting married in Whitchurch, so is looking for venues not too far away (Oswestry, Chester etc)

Budget is limited, and we live "down South" so have no local knowledge of likely places to try.

Any links to halls etc that are not "Travelodge dining room" but also not stately home that they could visit?

Are you ruling out village halls which would need decorating?

No - open to all suggestions, but depends on how much decorating and how near it is to Whitchurch I suppose. Needs to be able to take 80-100 seated though.
