New to Greenwich, looking or mums with babies in the area

Hi, I recently moved to Greenwich and would like to meet other mums in the area. My daughter is 9 months old. If anyone fancy coffee or lunch or know a meet up group with other babies, please let me know! Karen

Sorry, not there any more. However, good places to "bump into" other parents with young children are Waterstone's in Greenwich, that certainly used to do story time on at least 2 mornings/week, the soft play sessions in the Arches leisure centre on Trafalgar Road or baby/toddler sessions at the Museum of Docklands at Canary Wharf. It's a great place to be with young kids - lots in walking/bus distance. I still miss it a lot.

PS There's also a local NCT network, which you shoudl be able to find on the NCT main website.

East Greenwich right by the kids play area.

No idea where that is I'm afraid! I don't live in Greenwich but a bus ride away.There do seem to be quite a lot of mums in blackheath/Greenwich area. Have you looked at nct for your area?

Hi, I just moved in the area and I look forward to meet with other mothers for friendship and babysitting exchange. My son is 2.5 year old. I used to do babysitting exchange in Canada (babysit for 4 hours per week another kid and his or her mother babysit babysit mine for equal hours per week). It was a wonderful relationship that I miss as we walked together our daily lives and share our experiences. I am an online student as well while I am a stay at home mom.
