GP recommendation (and cleaner) near Weston in Bath

Hello there
We're moving to Bath soon and I'd really like a recommendation for a good GP. I currently have a useless and generally unpleasant GP and would love to find someone who's clued up and likes small kids. We're going to be living near Weston so someone local would be a huge bonus.
We also need a cleaner for about 5 hours a week if anyone knows one.

When we lived in Bath the best GP by far was Pultney Street but that is in the centre of town, great with the kids. here

Cleaners in Bath are like gold dust for a really good one - will ask around and see if any friends have someone they can recommend.

If anyone does know a nice GP a bit more local to Weston that would be great. I've heard traffic can be a bit of a nightmare in the centre of town
