Anyone recommend a dog sitter/host family over the Christmas period in Surrey?

My parents are getting a puppy this weekend and are away over Christmas so are keen to find a loving family who would be willing to care for and love their puppy whilst they are away. She will be 6 months old at Christmas.
They are looking for someone in Surrey (KT area).

What sort of dog is it and what dates are you looking for? Is it house trained?
