Can anyone tell me the average cost of a childminder in Glasgow?

And how easy they are to come about at short notice?

I have got a bit of a sudden childcare problem for dd (16 months) and I have no idea where to start. It would only be 1.5 days a week so I think a childminder may be the way to go but can't seem to find any prices anywhere.

Usually £3-£4 per hour maybe? Maybe less? £25 a day?

Mine is £30 per day.

I used to work as a child minder through a Glasgow agency and I received £10 an hour.
