A month ago somebody was looking for a house to rent in Cambridge under £1000. Our house purchase is going through so we are moving out of our rental home in early August. Below is the link, including details of our landlord. It's unfurnished and we will have carpets professionally cleaned before we move out.

That's a very good price for Cambridge, especially with off road parking.

The ad says no sharers but doesn't mention children...

that is a good price for central cambridge -is there a bath in the bathroom most families want on - I was looking found but found somewhere
if you havn't already you could register at the university accomodation office they are looking for houses for staff as well as students and my landlord used them

The landlord is keen on families or professional couples, by sharers he means students.
