We have a lovely English nanny who we are looking to share with another family over the summer months (May to Sept) 2 days a week whilst our current nanny share family are in the US. Our nanny has been with us for nearly 3 years and she is fantastic. We have one little boy who is 3 but we would be happy to share with children of other ages. Our nanny works 8 to 6 but again we could be flexible re hours. This arrangement could work if any mums are looking for extra childcare over the next 4 months.
