We are looking for a 3 bed house in the general vicinity of Kingston for a maximum of 425000, possibly very slightly higher if it was super-duper. It has to: have a decent garden; be in close proximity to a decent state primary school and preferably in catchment for secondaries too; not be on a bus route or a main road, or too near to the A3. Basically what every other family with kids wants
. We're completely proceedable as we're in rented, have a large deposit and a mortgage agreed in principle.
