I wanted to share my experience at Ladyzone on Ecclesall Road (there is also one on Middlewood Road). It's small and friendly and I didn't feel embrassed when I waddled in with 3 stone to lose! The staff were really helpful and the circuit only lasts 30 minutes (I go 3 times a week) Everyone there is really friendly and it is cheap compared to other gyms in Sheffield. Just wanted to let you all know :)
