have 2yo dd at nursery 3 times a week 1230-1530.
looking for classes I can do during this time.
I did a pg yoga class at vitality centre before but am looking for a slightly more involved one with chat about birth, births stories etc. not just bouncing gently on a ball!
never done pilates but have been advised that this would help with ongoing back problems.
jsut want to stay as fit as poss for this pg!
