Photographer looking for women in late stages of pregnancy

I'm a photographer in my second year at Glamorgan University, studying in Cardiff. Ideally I'm interested in documenting women in the late stages of pregnancy and after birth, over the next two to three months. I want to take an intimate look at what pregnancy involves, physically and emotionally. At this stage I am just looking to see if anyone is interested in getting involved. Any photographs I take will go towards my module on documentary photography, but obviously I will make them available to you, free of charge :) I would love to hear your thoughts and anyone who's interested in getting involved please don't hesitate to get in contact! Thanks.

Hi Katherine.

How far 'late' stages are you thinking?
I'd love to volunteer for you yet I am three months atm, so will be five months + within two months.

Let me know. I love to help out!

Hi there! I started my project in jan and it's due in fairly soon. I am looking to continue with it once I've finished uni for the year and have a bit more time. So I might get in touch with you if you're still interested in the future!

Hi - I'm currently 4 months pregnant with no 3 so if you need an example of a overused saggy body - I'd love to be photographed. I think pregnant bodies are beautiful. I hardly have any photo's of myself during my pregnancy since I'm the only one in my family who seems to take any photo's! This is my last chance of having any pregnancy photo's done as I'm not going to be pregnant ever again!

Hi - I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby, so provided you don't mind the bump stretchmarks, I'm game :) It would be lovely to have some nice photos of me and my baby boy.

have you tried realcycle? Not freecycle because they wont let you post but real will. I know when I was first setting up I got some pregnant models for my portfolio from there.

Also to the other poster?s I?m a mum and a photographer based in South Wales, so if you can?t or don?t get involved in the project but want a professional shoot, then please feel free to message me and I can send you a link to my website (I wont post it on here because I don?t think it would be appropriate or allowed) my prices are quite cheap : )

good luck with the project
