DD1 is 2 1/4 and could do with a proper haircut (I cut her fringe once - never again!) However, she is very strong-willed - if she doesn't want to sit still, she won't! She also hates having her nails cut, so I'm worried that she may be a bit scared of a haircut. I need to take her somewhere where they know how to handle young children - can anyone recommend anywhere in Liverpool, preferably around L18? Thanks in advance x
