Herts & Essex sports aptitude test

My daughter is taking the sports aptitude test for Herts and Essex High School this weekend and I was hoping someone might have a child that has taken the test (either successfully or unsuccessfully) who could give some advice or pointers that might help my child do well in it. Thanks

Dd1 was commandeered to watch and record the scores for these when she was in yr12 a couple of years ago, and from what I remember her saying it was ball throwing and accuracy, co-ordination, stamina - that sort of thing. She's at uni now and she won't have me as a friend on Facebook so I can't ask her unfortunately!

Bumping up this one too. I'm excited by schools offering out of catchment chances to children so have been looking at sports aptitude tests as well as music and languages and performing arts too. Any recent advice on sports aptitude tests.
