What is happening next to the park in Ditchling Road?

There seems to be building work in the space between the bowls pavillion and the play park - any idea what is being done? I hope they aren't building on the space.

just temporary - there is an old 'tennis pavilion' which houses a pre-school and they're going to give them a new building but continue running the scheme in the portacabins. But more seriously they've discovered high levels of lead and other toxins in the soil.
