Just watched a most depressing programme about a young man who was hit on a german busy road running away from something, some sort of cult actually. Did you know the law in Germany is that it is irrelevant whether it was suicide or there was someone else indirectly involoved (ie running away from something you are petrified about) - no inquest, no post mortem, nothing!

Have you ever though about chasing your ex away using a sawn off shot gun and inadverantly ensuring it's the direction of the autobahn??????

I have a very dark sense of humour, I only watched the programme because that lad is an ex-pupil at my dd1s school what a waste of a life and no justice.

Ex does not come to germany now, they dealt with him too seriously last time.

He is being a pain in London at the moment. Actually, I am on my way up there tomorrow, to collect my sons - who SHOULD have been on a flight back home today.

I am getting embarrassed telling the police that he hasnt returned teh children at the end of a visit. This is going to be the last time, because I dont think they will be visiting him again.

thank you. I am bringing the car, as can sleep in it, and save on air fares going home too.

The law in germany can be quite surprising sometimes, logical but surprising.
For example, a taxi driver who put a young drunk out half way home in the middle of nowhere, was subsequently charged with manslaughter when the boy got hit by a car.

thank you, I will gladly get in touch.
