French books for child who loves t'choupi - what next?

My bilingual (french/english) daughter adores the t'choupi series of books.

She's now three and while still loves reading the stories about t'choupi and doudou, I'm looking for suggestions in the next age group?

We've got Mr Men in both french and english so ideally something by an author that comes in a set/series that we could build upon.

Thanks.

Nothing quite comes to mind for 3yos at the moment, but one to store away for when she is 4... DS1 and his classmates all loved the Drôles de Petites Bêtes series by Antoon Krings.

Will post again later if I can think of something for a 3yo - at that stage I was more worried about English books as we were living in France

One idea, although they are in translation: the Franklin books - DS1 really loved them and you could get them in both languages if that would help with motivation...

My daughter loves the Emilie books. She is 2 but I remember them myself from growing up, so I think they have lasting appeal.
